Rouba Khalil

Rouba Khalil is the chef and founder of Rouba Khalil Kitchen. 

Khalil is a systems engineer turned chef. She graduated from Columbia University and the French Culinary Institute and apprenticed in New York kitchens including Jean Georges, Boulud Sud and Babbo.

Khalil blends her science background with years of kitchen training, cultural literacy, and extensive travel to design a unique culinary experience.

In 2019, Khalil was featured among the “35 most influential women” by Hospitality News Magazine. In 2020, she was awarded the “Prix du Chef de l’Avenir” by AIG “Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie.

She cooked at major international events: including design week in Milan, luxury brand launch events in New York city and Los Angeles and Paris Fashion Week.
