The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of our events, demanding a unique blend of engineering acumen, site supervision expertise, and a deep understanding of event design and production.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee the operational aspects of event planning and execution, including site supervision,   construction, and logistics management.

• Utilize AutoCAD for design and layout planning.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at event sites.

•  Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team under high-pressure situations.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless event production.

• Apply basic finance knowledge for budget management and cost control.

• Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in event management and design fit-out.

• Proven experience in engineering, construction, and site supervision.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

• Basic understanding of finance and budgeting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
